VALENTINES DANCE -  Friday, February 3, 2012 from 6:00-8:30 p.m.  Holt High School Commons/Cafeteria $10.00 per person before January 27th, $15.00 per person after January 27th.  Call the Community Ed Office @694-3411 to sign up!!

Register for classes by phone, mail, online or in person.  Please note:  the most accurate class information is posted online, as program schedules may have changed since publication of the Ram Quarterly.  If a class does not appear online, it has either been filled or cancelled; please call the office for more information.  (Class times, dates, and/or sites are subject to change at any time as school activities and events have first priority.)  *If you have an online account, but have misplaced your password, please call our office for assistance.*

**ONGOING CLASSES (no preregistration required; pay at door):

Aquatic Exercise times vary; please check listings for details.

• Open/Family swim:  Weds 7:30-9pm and Saturday 12-1:30pm  NOTE:  MONDAY NIGHT OPEN SWIM HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO LOW ENROLLMENT!                                     

• Lap swim:  Mon-Thurs 5:30-8:15pm and Saturday 10:00-1:30p

• Aquatics programs are held at the Junior High Community Pool (1784 Aurelius Rd).

Getting in Shape - Floor Aerobics, Gentle Fitness, Step, Stretch, Tone & Shape; please check listings for details. 

**Remember, when buildings are closed due to inclement weather, Community Education activities/classes are cancelled.  Classes will be rescheduled if possible.  Please watch your local news stations and this web page for announcements. 

KIDS' CARE & KIDS' CLUB registration forms for the 2011-12 school year are now available in the Community Education office and at child care centers - these must be filled out EVERY school year.  Completed registration packets must be turned in to the Community Education office.  If you have a kindergarten student, please enroll EARLY to ensure your child has a spot reserved in child care.   Please remember that Child Care Registration packets are due 3 business days prior to the week that you will need care for your child.  IF SCHOOL IS CLOSED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER THERE IS CHILD CARE PROVIDED AT OUR EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER (ECC), SYCAMORE AND HORIZON.

WE ARE STILL ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2011-12 SCHOOL YEAR.  STAR Learners pre-enrollment screening applications for the 2011-12 school year are available in the Community Education office or by clicking on the link listed in the preschool section of this web site.   

Enrichment preschool enrollment information for the 2011-12 school year appears in the Ram Quarterly.  Please review page xii of the Quarterly for enrollment procedures.  Enrollment packets will only be given after parent/guardian has presented the child's ORIGINAL state or county-issued birth certificate, current immunization record, proof of residency and deposit.  OPEN ENROLLMENT will continue until all classes are filled.   

ENRICHMENT CLASSES:

Online registration is generally closed two to three days before a class begins - please call 694-3411 for registration information/availability.  Register for classes early to avoid cancellation!

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CLASSES UNLESS LISTED AS "DROP-IN" OR "OPEN."  This especially applies to all Swim Lessons:  walk-ins can not be accommodated due to strict instructor-swimmer ratios.

Enrichment class schedules are listed in the Ram Quarterly and online (www.holtcommunityed.com) ... please verify times/sites before attending any Community Education activity.  Register for enrichment classes early (at least three business days before the date shown) to avoid cancellation of the class.
